Below, you will find a list of the questions most frequently asked by our guests.

1. Check-in time ?

As a rough guide, the check-in time is 1:00 PM. Let us know your arrival time in case you schedule an early check-in we‘ll do our best to have your room available.

2. Check-out time ?
As a rough guide, the check-out time is before 11:00 a.m. If you plan a late check-out kindly let us know your departure time, we’ll do our best to satisfy your needs.
3. Is Reception open 24 hours ?
Yes, Reception service is available 24 hours.
4. Which languages are spoken at Reception ?

English, Hindi, Nepali, Bengali.

5. Can I leave my luggage ?
Yes, we can look after your luggage. If at check in your room is not ready yet or in case of early check out we will store your luggage free of charge on your check-in and check-out days.
6. Internet connection ?
A wireless internet connection is available throughout the hotel.
The guest rooms feature hi-speed web connectivity (Wi-Fi).
7. Which is the nearest airport ?
The nearest airport is the Bagdogra Airport – IXB.
8. Which is the nearest train station ?
The nearest railway station is NJP Railway Station.
9. Is a shuttle service available from the airport ?
Yes, this service is available on request with suitable charges as per availability of vehicles. When booking this service, please state the flight number for your arrival and/or departure and the relevant times.
10. Is breakfast included in the price ?
It depends on the meal plan while you opt for reservation.
11. What time is breakfast served ?
Breakfast is served from 7am to 9am, every day.
12. Do you have smoking and non-smoking rooms?
All rooms are Non Smoking rooms.
13. Does the hotel serve non-veg. menu ?
No, we are pure vegetarian properties.
14. How far in advance do I have to book?
As soon as you have planned your trip! We sometimes have last-minute availability, but in general its better if you book early.
15. Do children stay for free? (Please note: one child only per room)
Yes, children up to the age of 5 can stay for free (accompanied by an adult).
16. When do I need to pay for the accommodation?
Payment of any outstanding balance is made when you check out, but payment must be guaranteed when you check in, unless agreed otherwise on the basis of the applicable rates.
16. Do you have a restaurant?

We have Pure Veg. Restaurant “Grains” at all our properties.

Excellent Stay

The Hotel is just awesome. The food quality is too good. I took buffet for breakfast and dinner it was totally vegetarian. The staff was too cooperative specially (TENZING mam and BISHAN sir) who served us. It was a very good experience. Hope to visit again and meet these people. 5/5 for Hotel.

A pleasant stay

The overall experience was quite good. Remarkably, the staff provided nice hospitality and were very friendly. The receptionist named Paresh Gurruno provided us with accurate information and made our overall stay hassle free. Also, the staff in dining area were humble and quick to their service. Definately, a recommendation!

Very good location and views. Hotel is good my first interaction with receptionist Prabina Thapa she was very helpful. My booking was upgraded by Prabina Thapa. She was give me hill view room. View was very good in my room balcony. Food is good but little price was high. Rooms is very neat and clean and spacious.

“Went on a honeymoon trip to Gangtok. Decided to stay in Woodberry. They have met all the expectations set by them. The room was awesome with an amazing balcony view. The bed was comfortable and we loved every bit of the room. The bathroom was clean and fitted with the mordern bathroom fittings.”
