- All official communication from Udaan Hotels & Resorts Pvt. Ltd. is carried out strictly through email IDs ending with @udaanhotels.com.
- Any communication received from email IDs that do not end with @udaanhotels.com, even if they closely resemble our brand name, is not authorized by us and should be treated as potentially fraudulent or a scam.
- Guests and partners are strongly advised to verify such communications before proceeding with any payments or sharing personal information.
Rates & Inclusions:
- All our rates are inclusive of accommodation in an appointed room with the meal plan selected while the time of booking by the guest/agent.
- Booking Policy : Deposit of 100% of the total stay amount must be paid by guest/agent initially as a guarantee to confirm the reservation.
- Payment Policy : Payment can be made using the credit card, debit card, online banking and cash deposit in the beneficiary of Udaan Hotels & Resorts Pvt. Ltd.
**GST is applicable at the time of reservation.
Extra Guest Policy:
We operate only on double occupancy per room basis with a maximum occupancy of up to 3 guests. Extra person above the age of 12 years being accommodated in the same room along with two adults, taking an extra bed shall be accommodated at a charge. This policy is applicable for reservation in all category Rooms.
Cancellation Policy:
- 10 Days Prior: Full Refund
- 10 Days - 07 Days: 50% of Total Booking amount
- 07 Days - Till Check in / No Show: 100% of Total Booking amount
The above cancellation policy will remain the same in any case of flight /trains cancellations/ferries due to climatic changes/natural calamities/political disturbances.
In case the advance is paid through online payment link, Refund will be processed after 3% deduction as processing cost.
Check-In & Check-Out Policy :
Check-in time is 01:00 PM while Check-out time is before 11:00 AM for all Hotels & Resorts. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. It is firmly necessary for guests to present valid photo identification while the time of check-in such as Indian Aadhaar Card, Indian Driving License, Indian Voter ID and Passport for International Traveler. Udaan Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to refuse check-in in the absence of a valid identification document.
As per Sikkim Government guidelines, all foreign nationals and NRIs are kindly requested to obtain an Inner Line Permit (ILP) prior to visiting Sikkim. Please note that the ILP is mandatory for entry into the state as well as for check-in at the property. We request you to kindly carry a valid ILP at the time of check-in.n.
Note :– Local IDs are not allowed.
Child Policy :
- Child below 5 years without an extra bed/mattress is complimentary. Child Sharing for child above 5 years without an extra bed is charged only for meals and stay. In case of a requirement for an extra bed in the room, charges shall be the same as adult guest sharing charges.
- Guests traveling with infants or children under 5 years old must provide age verification upon check-in. Acceptable documents include a birth certificate, passport, or any official government-issued document indicating the child’s age.
